Our commitment

We want this website to work for everyone, including people with low vision and people with memory or cognitive changes. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What this site does

  • A text-size control (A, A+, A++) at the top of every page and in the mobile menu, so you can make text larger.
  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page, and links, buttons and form fields you can reach with the Tab key.
  • Strong color contrast between text and its background.
  • Descriptive text for photos, so screen readers can describe what’s shown.
  • Works on phones and tablets as well as desktop computers.
  • Text set at 15 pixels or larger throughout, with no small print.

Known limitations

The embedded Google Maps on our location pages are provided by Google and may not be fully accessible. Because of this, every location page also lists the community’s address as plain text and includes a “Get directions” link.
